Students are considered eligible for under age admissions if all three points are true:
- They will be younger than age 18 during the quarter they would like to take classes;
- They are not in the Running Start Program; and
- They have not earned their GED® or High School Diploma.
Purpose: To provide underage students who do not have access to, or choose to opt out of, available Dual Credit programs the opportunity to have a college-level academic experience in a particular subject area or take advanced courses not available through high school. Being an underage student is meant to enrich the student’s academic learning, not replace their secondary school experience.
