South Puget Sound Community College recognizes the need to develop and maintain a highly effective administrative and exempt professional staff. As part of the professional development of the administrative and exempt professional staff, an annual evaluation shall be conducted to provide timely, effective, oral and written feedback on administrative performance. As part of ongoing staff development this evaluation shall address specific and measurable goals established early in the academic year.
