The Washington State Employee Assistance Program helps employees and their family members resolve personal or work related problems.
Supervisors can also get coaching on having tough discussions, how to communicate with staff, and help with workplace concerns. There is no cost to employees or family members for these services. All discussions are held in confidence and are not disclosed to college personnel.
