1. SPSCC will publish the definitions and procedures for Individual Agreements in the College Catalog.
2. Students can obtain an Independent Study or Arranged Course application form from the Enrollment Services Office or by contacting a faculty member with whom they wish to study.
3. Students should complete the contract portion of the form, and then have the contract signed by the sponsoring faculty and the appropriate division dean.
