To maintain a dependable, centralized print environment that balances cost, administrative efficiency, and sustainability in support of the college's instructional and administrative functions.

The College supports the use of centralized, strategically located networked multifunction devices. Locally installed desktop laser printers are also supported for those areas that justify the need based on issues of security, proximity or confidentiality. Desktop inkjet printers are not supported.
Employee printing costs are billed to a central printing account. Individual departments do not have separate budgets for printing and are not charged independently although device print costs are tracked via software.
