Any person having an outstanding financial debt to the College.

A hold blocking the release of official transcripts and diplomas will be placed on the records of any student who has a financial obligation due to the college. A hold blocking registration will be placed on any student who has a financial obligation due to the college for tuition related charges, or if the total obligation is $250 or higher.
