Until the financial obligation is cleared in full or paid below the required $250, the college 1) will hold registration for future quarters, 2) will send student communication anytime a service indicator is applied due to an unpaid balance, and 3) will not hold transcripts, diplomas, or student records. This procedure is in accordance with RCW 28B.10.293.
